To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of receipt of the item (not the order date).
The product must be in the same condition as you receive it, and not be damaged in any way, including any tags or packaging with the product.
All items should be in an "as new" condition, so if it has gravy, beer or any other clue to give away the wearing of an object for a longer period, it will probably not fly.
But if you have only tried it on, worn it for ten minutes and want to swap size or exchange it, that's not a problem in the slightest.

We are currently working from home where available, and depending on who picks up on your return, the address can change. All this will be confirmed in the reply you receive from us, along with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
After we have received your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For card payments, it can take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days, you will not be entitled to a refund.
